How many chairs fit in my event space?
We have excellent tools and years of experience to assist you in planning your event layout. Whether your event is taking place underneath one of our tent rentals or at another indoor or outdoor venue, we can easily map out the seating for your allotted space. There are many variables taken into account when planning a chair set, including the dimensions of your event area, the style of chair used, importance of event flow and emergency exits and the consideration of row and aisle width for comfort and functionality. We guarantee a visually appealing and polished chair set every time!
How many tables fit in my event space or tent?

Again, whether your event is taking place underneath one of our tent rentals or at another indoor or outdoor venue, we can easily map out the tables for your event space. When planning a table set, things to keep in mind are the overall dimensions of the space, the size and style of table and the number of chairs per table. Most importantly, we want to ensure there is enough space for guests to move around and reach their seats comfortably, along with keeping exits and thoroughfares open. What if the venue already has banquet chairs?
If banquet chairs are already provided at your venue, enhance the overall event space by adding our spandex chair covers. We have a standard sleek design in white, ivory, black, royal blue or black and white striped. We also have a ruched style in white, ivory, champagne, silver, blush or navy. Add a spandex chair band to either for an additional accent.
What linens do you offer?
In addition to the spandex chair covers mentioned above, we offer an extensive selection of linen rentals as an add-on to your order. Our tablecloths are available in various sizes, colors and fabrics, including a basic polyester, taffeta crinkle, lamour satin, glitz sequin and spandex. We also have a selection of napkin rentals in polyester, lamour satin and shantung silk. Our selection of sashes and runners are a perfect way to add an accent color to your event.
