We've got chills!
We've got chills! They're multiplying!
Earlier this year, not only did we travel back in time, but we also immersed ourselves inside a classic movie! Beginning with concept art, we were able to execute a themed event with many basic rental items from our inventory.
A classic car adorned the blue carpet & stanchion VIP entrance. Immediately, we found ourselves at the school dance, complete with dance floor, disco ball and strung lights. The band was playing all of the classic Grease songs atop our vision stage. Our marquee tents were the perfect coverage for the bar, buffet, photo booth & dj. Next to the bar, our versalite stage and garden chairs recreated the classic high school bleachers. It's amazing what we can accomplish when everything comes together. Guests came in their best Grease outfits and it was a night to remember!

Tropical Paradise
TROPICAL PARADISE
March 2021 • Private Residence
The client's original concept for this event was a tropical backyard paradise with curtains and canopies of twinkling lights underneath a starry night sky. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn for the worse. We assisted in a Plan B that still took our breath away. Beautifully decorated tents covered most of the property-intricately placed to keep the guests dry throughout the evening. The vibrant colors and textures throughout the event space were absolutely gorgeous! Multiple vendors collaborated to make this event a success and the results are amazing!

DANCE RECITAL:
With the Legacy Dance Studio 2021 Showcase recently under wrap, let's take a look at the events from 2021 & 2020!
2021 Port Orange Amphitheater
SES provided White Garden Chairs, Audio, Lighting and a Stretch Screen Backdrop. Dancers of various ages took the stage and showcased their talents in this perfect outdoor venue!
SES also assisted with an indoor dressing room area where tables and drape were set up so the dancers could prepare. A walkway was built from the dressing room to the stage for an easy stage entrance.
2020 Jackie Robinson Ballpark
Last year, this event took precautions with social distancing and enjoyed the amazing outdoor space at the Jackie Robinson Ballpark. SES provided a 40' x 40' Stage, Lighting and White Garden Chairs. There was also a 30' x 30' Tent provided for a staging area and a 40' x 40' Air Conditioned Tent for a dressing room area.
